Office Hours / Appointments

Reflections Skin Spa is open Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.  Saturday hours are by appointment only.  To make reservations, please call (615) 425-3223.  Although we accept walk-ins, our clients generally are seen by appointment only.

Cancellations and No-Shows

In consideration for other clients, we ask that a 24 hour notice be given for cancellation.  Any cancellation made with less than 24 hours notice may result in a charge of 50% of the price of the scheduled service.  "No Shows" are charged the full price of the scheduled service.

Late Arrivals

In order to remain on schedule for all of our clients, we must shorten your treatment time if you are late for your appointment. The normal fee for the treatment will remain the same.

Gift Certificates

Reflections Skin Spa gift certificates make ideal gifts. Certificates are available in any dollar amount or for any services. Certificates can always be used for any MEDISPA service or product (Medical Services are not included). All gift certificates are non-refundable (gift certificates have no cash value) but are transferable.

Product Returns

All products must be returned within 30 days accompanied by the receipt.

Payments

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and personal checks. Gratuities may be given. There will be a $25 fee for all returned checks.
